Terms and Conditions

Welcome to AfyaMaster. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and AfyaMaster, concerning your access to and use of our native applications ("AfyaMaster" and "AfyaMaster Pro"), PWAs, and website (https://afyamaster.app). By using our services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms.

AFYAMASTER IS AN APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT, CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT, AND ADMINISTRATIVE INTERMEDIARY. IT IS NOT THE FACILITY OR SERVICE PROVIDER.

AfyaMaster helps customers search services, discover approved facilities, view available booking slots, send appointment requests, receive reminders, and communicate administrative booking information. AfyaMaster does not itself deliver, supervise, warrant, or control services offered by registered facilities.

Urgent Situations: AfyaMaster is not an emergency response channel. In any urgent or dangerous situation, contact the appropriate local authority or emergency service directly.

Facility Responsibility: Each facility and service provider is independently responsible for the legality, quality, safety, staffing, licensing, performance, and delivery of its own services. AfyaMaster is not responsible for service outcomes or facility-side scheduling decisions.

Age Restrictions: You must be at least 18 years of age to register an independent account on our platform. A parent or legal guardian must manage or approve any booking made for a minor.

Data Veracity: You agree to provide wholly accurate, current, and true information. Falsifying your identity, impersonating facility personnel, or generating fraudulent booking requests may result in immediate permanent device-level restriction.

Credential Security: You are solely responsible for protecting your account passwords, authorization keys, phone OTPs, and device sessions. Notify AfyaMaster immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

All facilities, service providers, educational institutions, government offices, business centres, and their authorized staff managing accounts through "AfyaMaster Pro" or our administrative portals must fulfill the following operational criteria:

Statutory Licensing: Facilities, service providers, and their professionals must maintain all valid, current, and active licences required for their industry and location within the United Republic of Tanzania.

Customer Confidentiality: Facilities must treat customer data, phone numbers, and booking metadata received through the portal as confidential and use it only to deliver and administer the requested service.

Schedule Management: Facilities must keep their service availability and appointment slots accurate to avoid unnecessary cancellations and disruption to customers.

The AfyaMaster logo, user interface designs, source code, app architectures, databases, graphics, and text are proprietary intellectual property and are protected under national and international copyright and trademark laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the platform according to these Terms.

The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfyaMaster shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including missed appointments, loss of data, administrative operational lag, network downtime, or facility-side scheduling and service-delivery changes.

These Terms and all interactions with the platform shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
